This intricate process involves tremendous attention to detail, adding hand brush strokes, color, and highlights in the style of traditional master painters. Each art piece begins as a classic photograph where true to life expressions can be captured and is enhanced with our unique hand-applied artistic touches and finished with oils, resulting in timeless portraits. Each Masterpiece Portrait is truly one of kind and with its protective lacquer top coat, will remain beautiful for centuries. Each Masterpiece Portrait includes framing. Our favorite presentation is with a historically accurate frame. Each is individually built from scratch, by master craftsmen with decades of experience. To ensure the utmost quality, each frame is finished with the best hand selected gold leafing imported from Germany and Italy. Additionally, each frame is individually hand antiqued with a proprietary patina finish to give it the distinctly rich look and feel of a museum masterpiece. Masterpiece Portraits are available at 24” or larger and require 3+ months for multiple artists to custom make by hand.
